It's not often that I give advance notice of the topic that we'll cover at Goal Watchers but this week I thought I would. Confidence can be aided by looking at the things that we already know we do well and this Tuesday we are going to make a start by doing this.
So often I have noticed that those I work with (and lots of others) are great at concentrating on the things that they can't do, the skills that they don't have but find it really difficult to acknowledge what they are good at. Especially the things that they are REALLY good at.
So if you would like to give yourself a confidence boost, join us on Tuesday 8-9pm!

How true, Clare. I have been doing some work around this topic myself. As human beings we are able to let in criticism much more easily, it would seem. This confirms our core unworthiness whereas the compliments challenge us to be more open to believing we are perfect specimens!
