Remembrance Day

Yes I know it it too early in the year for the official Remembrance Day. Last night though we had a session where we remembered all the tools that had helped us that we had stopped using.

This followed on from one of my 'DOH!' moments. In tidying my desk I came across one of the tools I developed in the early days of my coaching that worked really well for me. As I gazed at the spare copy of the Goal Journal I started wondering why I'd stopped using it. After all it worked really well for me.

Then I realised that it was the same with the Michael Neill audio that I was listening to (Effortless Success). I've started playing that again as I work as Mike has been listening to it in the car. Michael Neill has always inspired me and I'm loving listening to him again.

All this got me to wondering about what other things that I know work for me and I've stopped doing. I started my list and then shared my observations with the Goal Watchers last night. Everyone drew up their own list (and I added to mine!) then we shared our observations.

There was a general consensus that it was pretty frustrating to have forgotten the things that had helped us so much but also a feeling almost of relief that there were things we could do to improve our situations that we KNEW would work for us.

With our lists to hand and our plans outlined for the week ahead we then took a few moments out with the man himself, Michael Neill , to ponder what it might be like to have 'An Average Day'. It's a great concept and if it's not one you've come across before it can be found in Michael's Effortless Success CDs.

So all that remains is to wish you all an Average Day and remind you that the chances are you already have the tools you need to help with any hiccups along the way.
