Inspired to make FREE offer

I was so inspired by the idea of World Kindness Day that I don't want it to end there! I like to think of myself as a kind and caring person and hope that I find many ways to show kindness each day. However this has got me thinking and I have decided that I'd like to make a monthly kindness offer.

So for December I'm offering one person a package of 4 coaching sessions completely free of charge. What do you have to do to claim this offer? Simply email me on goals@clarewildmancoaching.co.uk and let me know why you think you should receive these FREE coaching sessions. To qualify you will need to commit to one coaching session each week in December either in person or by phone. Get your emails in quickly as I'll be closing entries for this months offer at midnight on the 29th November.

I hope to be working with you soon!

Friday 13th November 2009 - Lucky for Some!

I found out yesterday that this Friday (that's tomorrow) 13th November is the second World Kindness day. What a fantastic idea and it means that it will be a lucky day for some.

It's late notice I know but in the spirit of the day I am offering 6 free life coaching sessions for anyone who would like help moving forward towards their goals, managing the changes in their life or would simply like to see what coaching is all about.

You can book your session online at http://my.timedriver.com/29RYJ. The system is setup for face to face sessions but please let me know if you would need a phone session.

All sessions are completely confidential and offered with no obligation what so ever - just kindness.

Tonight's Meeting

I'm really looking forward to tonight's meeting. Not only do I get to issue the first of the reward vouchers (just checked that they are with my things ready to go) but we also have our first guest speaker.

I have been working with Gareth Snelson for over a year now as my personal trainer and have loved his approach to exercise and fitness. It's so reasonable. None of this 'you must work longer and harder' stuff and definitely no shouting.

Tonight Gareth will be introducing our Goal Watchers members to MAT - the muscle activation technique and I'm waiting to see what they make of it. To me it's like magic.

If you'd like to find out more why not join us tonight 8pm at Oakgrove Leisure Centre. Just send me an email on goals@clarewildmancoaching.co.uk
